ITVS PRODUCTION AGREEMENT (a.k.a. “The Fine Print”)

ITVS financing is a co-production investment in the Program. Here, we address issues around Rights--i.e., Exhibition Rights, ITVS Promotional Rights, Approval Rights, Territory, License Period, Editing Rights, Revenue Sharing, etc.

ITVS serves as an active co-producing partner. Ask your questions about how we work with you from the initial contracting stage, through production, to broadcast.

ITVS International works with public television and cable broadcasters to secure the best possible broadcast for each program. We may also seek multiplatform distribution venues such as podcasts or video on demand for these projects. We currently have a 100 percent placement rate.
